You need to have Flash 7.0 or greater on your system. Try out the application. If it works, you have all the files you need--if it doesn't, then you'll need to get Flash by clicking on the following link:
Depending on the operating system you're using, you'll click on either Factor for Macintosh or Factor for Windows. Just choose a name and password, and you're all set. (Note: several people can use the same application on one machine, they'll just each have their own name and password. You might also want to create one account for testing and another for serious learning.)
I would also recommend clicking on the Help button before you get started in order to learn how to make the best use of the system--it will take you all of one minute. = )
